Sharon Hartle lives and works in Verona, Italy as a teacher of ELT at Verona University where she teaches a range of levels. She is also involved in teacher training both in secondary schools and as part of the university training courses. When it comes to language teaching, she is a great believer in reflection for both teachers and learners and the importance of building meaningful environments which provide both learners and teachers with space to communicate, exchange their expertise and insights, and to scaffold growth.
